Deeply disappointing. Very poor. I ordered picanha with fries. Asked for it medium rare. It arrived on a sizzling skillet, overcooked and, of course, due to the skillet, continued to cook. It was well done, totally overcooked. The accompanying potatoes, meanwhile, were undercooked. I also ordered ceviche which had some bones in it and some hard, gristly chewy bits of fish. Definitely had much better elsewhere. My wife ordered seafood risotto and found it underwhelming. We ordered a children's menu dish, which was so unbelievably small - four slices of thin steak, each approx. 2" long. It was ridiculous. But the food was just the start of it. We were the only table present when we ordered (another table was occupied, by a couple, after we'd ordered), and it still took them 50 minutes to bring any food out to us. The service was insanely slow. The wait staff paid little attention to it. Refused to discount anything from the bill. Highly disappointing place - quite how it has, at time of writing, an average review score of 4.8 on Google...

We were looking forward to coming to eat here after reading all the reviews, but hontesly, we were very disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the seafood risotto and the shrimp in panko. The risotto looked very different than the photo we’ve seen and it tasted blend. There was also almost no seafood.

I ordered the picanha da barra (picanha with almond rice, vegetables and garlic bread), but they brought the wrong plate (picanha with fries). I had asked the picanha to be rare and it came well done. In the end, they brought me a new plate, the right one this time, but forgot the almonds in the rice. Picanha was cooked rare, but so was the garlic bread, it was so undercooked. Picanha was incredibly chewy, but tasted ok. Farofa was so salty and it tasted like it was mixed with maggi chicken stock. For the price we’re paying I expected a lot more than what we got.

Because of all of this, we ended up not even eating at the same time which added to our negative experience. Honestly, I don’t know if we got a bad night, but I...

Please if you are reading this don't be fooled by the 4.8 rating. This place definitely doesn't deserve it. We walked in around lunch time and it was empty. I should have trusted my gut feeling and gone elsewhere. It took them 45-50 min to bring our food. Not once waiter checked on us. Kids portions were a "joke". Very small portions overall. Lack of taste and almost cold. We spent two hours in this dark, soulless place and when we complained stuff said there is nothing they can do... But they have not forgotten to mention that tips go to them and we should pay it all !!! If you are a well travelled person who knows what a good food, service, atmosphere is then you are definitely going to be disappointed!!! Save your time,...
