Starbucks — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

That's simply awful. The staff of Starbucks Boulevard is unprofessional and untrained. Do you know how they make latte with plant based milk? They make a portion of coffee and then they just add milk into the cup. No warming up, no foam, no nothing, here is your barely warm dissappointing "latte".

Don't try to order through the app because they have problems with checking their system (I don't know why, maybe it's just beneath them). So we have to wait for our drink to be made for more than 30 minutes. Well, that is If, you feel like something is wrong and decide to ask them when will your order ever be done. Otherwise, who knows how long will your order be even processed after being already charged...

I drank a coffee and lunch, got food poisoning and puked the whole night. Coffee was cold aswell. My husband also had lunch and shat his pants relatively quickly after consuming it. Unfortunately it was his last pair of pants and we were already at the end of our vacation. No time to visit washhouse. He then had to check into the flight with his tight speedo and didn't feel comfortable on the flight.

Would not recommend this...

I had to wait over 20 min for my tea, people that was behind me getting their order first then mine. 3 people working for about 7 customers. Only 1 person making the drinks (tall guy, dark skin, looks like he’s not Brazilian.. he was working his socks off, couldn’t even get a help from the other two (the lady and the cashier guy), I absolutely felt bad for him.
