DECEPCIONANTE!!!pedimos eu e minha esposa, dois hambúrguer "TRANCOSO" onde o mesmo teria um empanado de catupiry com panko (o que no caso é a principal atração do hambúrguer) no entanto nós foi entregue um hambúrguer bem diferente do apresentado no cardápio. Havia somente um empanado de Panko com meros rastros de catupiry todo gorduroso e duro (tijolo)...tivemos que tirar para pode.comer o lanche. Se não bastasse informamos ao estabelecimento o ocorrido , a título de feedback e queriam fazer a troca do lanche mediante entrega do lanche por nós recebido..mesmo eu falando que havíamos consumido o mesmo sem o "tijolo de.gordura". Fica aí nosso relato a título de registro. Obs. Em momento algum expressei a intenção de querer um " lanche grátis", até pq como mencionei acima foi somente um feedback ao estabelecimento...mas como sempre ...não aceitam críticas e vem com essa de que o cliente quer " lanche grátis" kkkk...erros podem acontecer em qlq estabelecimento...mas é sempre assim ...falta humildade no caso..fica nosso feedback a título...

TIVEMOS UM PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! No dia 30/12 estávamos em um grupo de 9 pessoas e não tinha mesa disponivel no momento. Dessa forma, optamos por esperar já que éramos os únicos que estavam na fila. Não deu 5 minutos e logo liberou 2 mesas no lado externo que todos cabiam e avisamos o garçom. Se passaram 5..10 minutos e nada deles limparem e nos chamarem, até que um dos nossos amigos teve que ir questiona-los novamente e vieram falar que estavam dando prioridade para quem já estava interno (ou seja, se alguém que já estava em uma mesa queria optar pela área externa, sendo que todos já estavam comendo). Por essa falta de profissionalismo e má vontade em nos atender, procuramos outro estabelecimento que sim merecia nosso dinheiro. Inclusive, uma sugestão para os garçons desse lugar a aprenderem a ser profissionais de verdade: se há clientes esperando, questione se querem alguma bebida ou qualquer coisa para segurá-los enquanto esperam. Se tivessem feito isso com a gente, com certeza teríamos esperado...
