Já fui algumas vezes porque acho a comida saborosa e gostaria de apoiar uma marca vegana e feita por mulheres, mas hoje foi a última vez. Cheguei 10 minutos após a abertura do restaurante e, de 4 opções de almoço divulgada, só havia uma disponível. Não consigo entender como funciona um restaurante assim. Das outras vezes que fui, achei que muitos pontos deixavam a desejar: funcionários do salão usando touca e avental de cozinha e sempre sumidos quando queria pedir algo, ambiente desagradável com mosquitos e mesas velhas, comunicação digital imprevisível (postam o que vão servir no dia, quase 10h, acho difícil planejar para comer lá assim). Gostaria de ressaltar que existe uma diferença entre uma ambientação intimista no jardim e ambiente improvisado com "o que tem" disponível. Por fim, acho um valor caro para a experiência que oferecem, e agora nem a comida vale a pena. Peço que repensem o funcionamento e organização do Nabati, pois não há comida...
