At first the place looked nice and clean.||We got offer a fair price for 3 nights including breakfast.||The room was clean but the bathroom was terrible, full of mould on the walls and marks of kaki in the toilet from other guests.||we ask to wash but the job was poor.||for our first breakfast we got old butter full of mould as well as the cheese.||the second breakfast was even worst as we got serve old juice and probably left overs from previous days.||for the third time we canceled the breakfast explaining the situation and went to the local padaria which was wonderful.||the pool was dirty and after it got boombed by chlorine it was"safe" to go in.NOT!!!||The staff were annoying (staring at us while eating breakfast) .||We complained about the breakfast and explain what was wrong of course nothing was done about it, no sorry ,no discount, no nothing!!||We felt very bad, used and cheated by the owners which tried to be nice and polite but without focusing on the importance and without taking responsibility for their own mistakes.||DO NOT...

Por ter uma avaliação relativamente alta no Google resolvemos ir. Sentimentos antônimos entre a apresentação memorável do Sr. Edson e o atendimento e a comida do local. Sr. Edson recitou poesias, apresentou a história do local, falou sobre as cachaças, mostrou objetos a antigos e nos proporcionou um momento bastante agradável. A decepção veio com o atendimento do restaurante e com a comida. O time não faz ideia do que são os pratos. Ao questionar do que se tratava o "Peixe a moda da Urca", a atendente disse que não sabia. Após alguns segundos olhando para nós, perguntou se gostaríamos que fosse até a cozinha pra perguntar. Os primeiros 2 pratos que pedimos nos informaram que não tinham. Por fim, perguntamos o que era a "frigideira de camarão ", que nos foi explicado que tratava-se de uma fritada de batatas e camarões. Pedimos esse prato, um risoto de camarões e uma salada. Depois de 1:30 esperando e quase perdendo a paciência pela enrolação de que "os pratos estavam vindo", nossos pratos finalmente chegaram. O risoto não era ruim, mas está longe de ser um risoto. Para dar uma ideia, estava cheio de um queijo que, aparentemente, era mussarela. A decepção TOTAL veio com a fritada, que nada mais era que uma omelete com molho de tomate por cima, coberta por 6 camarões e mussarela. Detalhe: minha esposa não gosta nem um pouco de omeletes. Enfim, só leva 2 estrelas pela simpatia do Sr. Edson. Uma pena, pois o local é...
