Sou soteropolitano, porém moro em Brasília, trouxe minha esposa para conhecermos o Restaurante, porém o tratamento que recebemos foi discriminatório. Chegamos um pouco após às 10h da manhã no dia 02/05/2024, numa quinta-feira, após recepção do Garçom fomos informados que o Restaurante Manguezal oferece serviço a lá certe e buffet a RS74,99 por pessoa. Optamos pelo buffet, que seria iniciado às conforme fotos do cardápio e informação as 12h.

Às 12h perguntei a um dos garçons me responderam que aguardasse porque iriam avisar no auto falante quando estivesse liberado. Aguardei e às 12:30, após observar que o Buffet já estava posto, questionei novamente sobre a liberação, disseram que aguardasse. Percebi que às 12h:50 tinha uma embarcação com turistas se aproximando, logo o barquinhos do Restaurante se aproximaram para trazer os "turistas/clientes desejáveis". Às 13h:05 percebi que os mesmos já estavam sendo conduzidos ao buffet, sem ser anunciado no auto falante.

Muito triste com o tratamento dispensado, logo chamei minha esposa para almoçar em outro lugar, pois caso demoraremos não encontraríamos refeição em outro lugar devido o horário, e nosso dinheiro compraria em qualquer lugar.

Me dirigi ao caixa e solicitei que chamasse o gerente, disse que só tem supervisor, pedi que chamasse, parece que se chamava Gil, daí relatei o caso, questionei sobre os procedimentos e me respondeu que deveria ter comunicado.

No entanto ficaram algumas questões sem resposta:

Por que fomos tratados com demérito? Nosso dinheiro não possui o mesmo valor? Se o serviço de Buffet só é liberado após chegada das lanchas, por que não informaram para que pudéssemos pedir outro prato? Se os garçons foram orientados a avisar aos poucos clientes presentes noocal, por que a informação não chegou até nós?

Inaceitável que está prática discriminatória por parte de algumas empresas continue se perpetuando nos dias de hoje.

Não posso avaliar a comida porque não pude experimentar, mas o atendimento é péssimo, não indico, pois não desejo que ninguém passe o constrangimento que passamos.

Com base no atendimento, posso avaliar como péssimo, não dou nota zero estrela porque não tem, então que seja uma.

Aviso para que, quem conheceu a empresa pelo Instagram/Google ads, como eu não sei decepcionem caso venha a passar por algum embaraçado...

A nice place with a beautiful beach, but far from what they advertise for in terms of food. There are so many beautiful beaches on the island of Itaparica, that struggling to find a free table in this huge open-air restaurant and waiting too long to get the menu are simply not worth it. Ask for food a la carte, it's better than the overpriced buffet. Nobody will give you clear info about the closing time of the buffet or its price, too many confused waiters giving unclear details. Food was disappointing, and that was why we came there for. We arrived by land. The people getting to the restaurant by sea need to know there is no pier, there may be long queues to get on a small boat taking you to...
