My friend decided to try the shrimp with pineapple dish, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The pineapple, surprisingly small and cold, lacked the freshness and attention to detail one would expect from a dish of this kind. As for the cheese crust that usually distinguishes this dish, it simply wasn’t there. The flavor and texture that normally stand out in a good restaurant were missing, leaving a sense of neglect with every bite. A dish that, far from impressing, seemed to have been prepared without any dedication.

The rustic (or oven-baked) potatoes were equally disappointing: without salt and drenched in an excess of oil, they lacked the crispy texture one would expect from a basic yet well-executed preparation.
