M Burger & Pizza - Praia do Morro — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Vitória

It's a great American themed burger/pizza place, and although the staff and the location are indeed great, I wasn't as satisfied with the food, I tried their vegetarian burger and their vegetarian pizza while a few friends of mine tried their pizzas and their regular burgers the vegetarian burger patty tasted like a regular soy patty but it wasn't evenly seasoned and some portions of it tasted watery which is not something you expect when you're eating a burger, their vegetarian pizza's "meat" was unfortunately the only bad part about that pizza, the soy meat that was on top of the pizza tasted like it was store bought diced soy meat and most of the soy meat was burnt, my friends reported that their burgers were fantastic but their pizzas had similar issues to mine the pepperoni pizza was burnt and the bacon filled pizza also had burnt bacon. Their burgers seemed to be reasonably priced but their pizzas were a little pricey for their size. I don't think I can fully recommend the location at this moment specially during the new year holiday season and even more so if you are a vegetarian. Maybe I just had bad luck while eating at the location but being served burnt food...

Após morar fora do país, havia quase 3 anos sem comer o Hamburguer do M Burger, e posso afirmar com todas as letras: "Um dos melhores hambúrgueres que já experimentei!" nos 5 países em que estive nesses últimos 3 anos!

Não desmerecendo outros fortes concorrentes internacionais ou nacionais como a rede Eddie's Rocket, Five Guys, ou também o muito bom Rick's Burger, porém o hambúrguer daqui têm um equilíbrio perfeito na acidez, com sabor suave e com o equilíbrio de gordura na composição da carne sem deixar aquele gosto de excesso de.gordura na boca. Sem mencionar o tempero defumado do qual o sabor fica gravado em sua mente, mesmo após semanas sem comer!

O novo ambiente ficou muito bem limpo, iluminado, super bem decorado e aconchegante!

A equipe é super simpática e todos estavam usando máscaras corretamente o tempo inteiro, inclusive na cozinha que é visível aos clientes.

Mantiveram praticamente o preço desde 2019, não vi aumentos absurdos como vemos nas prateleiras do supermercado, onde quase tudo dobrou de valor.

Não sei como vcs ainda não decolaram de vez nesse mercado! Espero voltar mais algumas vezes antes de partir!

It's been almost 3 years living abroad since I ate my last M Burger, and I can tell you my secret: "This is one of the best burgers I've ever tried!" in the 5 countries I've been in these last 3 years!

There are others strong internationals and nationals competitors as such as Eddie's Rocket, Five Guys, or also the magnific Rick's Burger, however the hamburgers made here have a perfect balance in acidity, with a mild flavor and right balance of how much fat the composition of the beef is, without leave us with that taste of excess fat in our mouth after meal. I must to say about the smoky flavor which catch in your mind, even after weeks of your last meal!

The new environment is very clean, bright, super well decorated and cozy!

The staff is super friendly and everyone was wearing masks correctly at all times, including in the kitchen which is visible to customers.

They've practically kept the same price since 2019, I haven't noticed any wild increases in prices as we noticed on the local supermarket shelves, where almost everything has doubled in value.

I don't know why you guys haven't completely taken off to success land yet in this market! I hope to come back a few more times before I leave the country again!

Lanche simplesmente incrível! Extremamente saboroso, talvez esteja fácil no meu top 3 de melhores lanches que já comi na vida. Dá pra ver que os ingredientes são de qualidade e o preparo é caprichado. A soda também estava deliciosa — bem gelada, com um sabor marcante. Combinação perfeita!

Outro ponto positivo foi a agilidade: os lanches chegaram muito rápido, o que mostra organização na cozinha.

Agora, falando do ambiente: infelizmente estava um pouco sujo. A mesa onde sentei estava colando e os assentos tinham marcas de sujeira. Na mesa ao lado, ainda tinha resto de lanche — provavelmente o pessoal tinha acabado de sair e não deu tempo de limpar, mas ainda assim é um detalhe que incomoda.

O ponto mais negativo foi o atendimento. A atendente foi mal educada, sem paciência e ainda trouxe o lanche errado. A gente pediu pra tirar um item específico do lanche do meu amigo e mesmo assim veio com o ingrediente. Isso precisa melhorar.

Apesar desses pontos, a qualidade do lanche se sobressaiu tanto que não tem como não dar 5 estrelas. Mas fica a dica: com um atendimento mais atencioso e cuidado na limpeza, o lugar pode...
