A padaria Trigo Dourado é excelente no quesito disponibilidade, aberta de domingo à domingo você sempre vai encontrar aquele pãozinho de emergência que você estava a procura no domingo à noite.

Infelizmente o atendimento não é dos mais empáticos, fui com minha filha de 4 anos comprar uns pães e logo na entrada havia um BOX cheio de bolinhas de borracha colorida, a minha filha se encantou e queria comprar umas bolinhas, as quais só é possível a retirada quando inserimos 1 real em MOEDA. Prontamente fui ao caixa pagar pelo que havia consumido e pedi educadamente ao operador, por gentileza, que trocasse uma cédula de 2 reais por duas moedas de 1 real e assim poder, além de adquirir mais produtos do estabelecimento, realizar o desejo de uma CRIANÇA que só queria uma bolinha de borracha colorida.

INFELIZMENTE o operador negou-se a trocar as moedas que possuia em caixa alegando que não tinha moedas, o que era uma grande mentira pois na hora do fechamento pude ver que havia sim, não somente 1 moeda mas no mínimo umas 10.

Seria mais um lugar que eu estava prontificado a dar o meu RATE super positivo e topado porque acredito muito no trabalho das pessoas, especialmente as que trabalham de domingo à domingo, não é fácil. Mas o transtorno que aquele Operador causou por causa de 2 moedas foi surreal e totalmente desnecessário.

E, pra piorar as coisas, o pão estava velho nesse dia. Seria injusto dar um rate baseado em um "mal dia". Mas a padaria teria tudo pra ser 5 estrelas se não fosse o mal atendimento dos Operadores que são inflexíveis e insensíveis.

Unfortunately the service is not the most empathetic, I went with my 4-year-old daughter to buy some bread and right in the entrance there was a BOX full of colored rubber balls, my daughter was delighted and wanted to buy some balls, which is only possible to withdrawn when we enter 1 REAL in CURRENCY. I promptly went to the cashier to pay for what I had consumed and politely asked the trader to kindly exchange a TWO-REAL bill for two 1-REAL coins so that, in addition to purchasing more products from the establishment, he could fulfill the wish of a CHILD who I just wanted a colorful rubber ball.

Unfortunately the trader refused to change the coins he had in cash on the grounds that he had no coins, which was a big lie because at the time of closing I could see that there was not only 1 coin but at least 10.

It would be another place that I was ready to give my super positive and top rated RATE feedback because I really believe in the work of people, especially those working from Sunday to Sunday, its not easy. But the inconvenience that Trader caused over 2 coins was surreal and totally unnecessary.

And to make matters worse, the bread was old that day. It would be unfair to rate based on a "bad day". But the bakery would have everything to be 5 stars if not for the poor service of operators who are adamant and insensitive.

Aceita Sodexo somente para produtos feitos e fábricados no próprio estabelecimento. Conheço um pouco das leis e posso afirmar que isso está absurdamente ERRADO! QUALQUER ESTABELECIMENTO QUE ACEITA CARTAO DEVE E TEM OBRIGAÇÃO POR LEI DE VENDER NO VALOR DO PRODUTO A VISTA E VENDER TODOS OS PRODUTOS DO ESTABELECIMENTO NO CARTAO TAMBÉM! COM CERTEZA FAREI UMA DENUNCIA AO ORGAO...

Produtos bons, café da manhã excelente. Deixa a desejar no atendimento, desde a sra do caixa (suponho ser a dona) estressada!!!!! Até ás atendentes, de manhã só fica uma pessoa no balcão, e vc precisa exercitar a paciência para ser atendido, a sra da balança do café (só Jesus na causa), não quer trabalhar sai! Humor e educação passa longe....
