Beware, one of the worst tourist traps in Rio!
The location is beautiful, but that is about it.
We took many visitors there, just for the view, but it is always hit or miss. Food can be average on good days, but takes ages and is very expensive.
Also, check your bill for any “extras”, especially if you look “foreign”!
They also cooperate with ice cream sellers that go through the restaurant, lure your kids, and charge prices that would justify calling the police for fraud. The restaurant’s staff stands by, knowing about the apparent scheme.
If you want to enjoy the view, have a drink and move on to a decent restaurant. There are many nice, beautiful and honest places in Rio. Don’t waste your time...
