Its obvious theres a family issue as the service was horrible. The daughter was on another planet. Close the menu means the customer is ready. They feel other issues are more important. Took forever to get a plate of calamari with chips. Chips came first. It took another half hour for the calamari. You would expect it was all deep fried together. You would also expect the seafood to be fresh for a seaside restaurant. I was wrong... it was obvious it was frozen and as hard as a rock. I asked for the bill but the ignorant daughter thought 3 people to clean a table was more important. I needed to yell out to get her attention... but she kept looking...

The food was great, but the service was very slow and forgot constantly what was ordered. First they didn't have part of the food available we wanted to order, then brought the wrong beer, then forgot half of the meals, so part was done eating and we still needed to wait for the food of the other half for another 35 mins..

The food as states was really tasty, but the service definitely needs to improve. Especially for the price of the food you would...

Uma das piores experiências que tive. Chegando ao estabelecimento, fui super bem recebida por uma garçonete, que se dispôs a limpar uma mesa para mim. Enquanto ela foi buscar os produtos, minha namorada chegou, sentamos à mesa e demos as mãos. A partir de então, o tratamento foi outro. Eu mesma levantei e limpei a mesa depois de mais de 10 minutos de espera. Ninguém anotava nosso pedido, a ponto de chamarmos as garçonetes, elas nos olharem, virarem a cara e não anotarem nada. Nossa comida demorou MUITO tempo para chegar, tivemos que ir até cozinha perguntar se estava saindo, pois ninguém nos ouvia. Depois de nós, chegavam outras pessoas, inclusive amigos nossos, e recebiam os pratos em menos de 20 minutos. Nós, que estávamos ali há muito tempo, não recebíamos comida, nem atenção das pessoas que trabalhavam lá. Por muito tempo, achei que fosse só um mau atendimento, mas fica difícil achar que é só esse o problema quando todos ao nosso redor são bem atendidos. A comida nem era tão boa, no fim das contas. Só lamento que em pleno século XXI ainda existam estabelecimentos comerciais que preferem perder clientes do que engolir preconceito....
