Go to that restaurant because it is an incredible experience! 😍 We had such a great stay there, the moment we arrived at the restaurant we felt so comfortable immediately. The ambiance is so great because it is literally directly in the rain forest (mata atlântica). You have a really cozy place with great decoration and no matter where you take a seat, it’s gonna be great. Adriana is an awesome host and cook. She recommended us a great beer and a fried banana as an entrance. For the main meal we had some risotto and paçoca (meat mashed with corn flakes) with palm hearts (SO GOOD!!) . I even made the food by myself, this was really awesome!!! I mashed the meat with the corn flakes to create the mass which Adriana put decoratively on the plate. A truly unique experience. ☺️ On top of that: We were connected to Adriana on so many levels, it felt like being at home there. I also could play the guitar a little bit which was hanging there on the wall and we showed ourselves some music we love and listened to that. I‘m 100% sure that Adriana had as much fun as we and I can say that I will DEFINITELY come back some day when I‘m travelling to PETAR again. Adriana, thank you for everything and see you...

Minha experiência neste pequeno bistrô que visitamos durante o Carnaval foi verdadeiramente excepcional. Com apenas quatro ou cinco mesas, o ambiente era incrivelmente aconchegante, proporcionando uma atmosfera íntima e acolhedora.

A comida preparada pela cheff Adriana foi simplesmente deliciosa. Optamos por risotos, e tanto o de gorgonzola com palmito e escalopinho de filé mignon quanto o caprese com escalopinho de frango foram surpreendentes. Cada prato era preparado individualmente, garantindo um toque personalizado e frescor incomparável. A generosidade de queijo e palmito em ambas as opções foi notável e contribuiu para a experiência gastronômica. O manjericão estava tão fresco que era notável o aroma.

A sobremesa, um sorvete caseiro de açaí jussara com banana, foi a cereja no topo do bolo. A combinação de sabores regionais e a qualidade do sorvete complementaram perfeitamente o jantar.

O serviço foi impecável, destacando-se pela atenção e cordialidade. A indicação da nossa monitora do PETAR revelou-se acertada, pois a experiência no bistrô foi livre de arrependimentos.
