We visited Tertúlia by Balde Café in Taubaté for a quick coffee break and were pleasantly surprised. The cappuccinos were excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The place is small but cozy, and we were able to sit inside comfortably with five people. Although there were road works going on outside making it a bit noisy, it didn’t affect our experience too much. We also enjoyed some delicious local pastries. It’s worth noting that the place looks recently renovated—it felt fresh and updated, quite different from some of the older photos seen in other reviews. Overall, a charming spot with great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommended for a quick and satisfying break.

A very nice coffee bar. We had some excellent pastries here with our cappuccino’s. Especially the bolinho de chuva, according to the recipe of the proprietor’s grandmother, were amazing. The banoffee pie was also very good. The proprietor was very friendly and professional. My only remark: the milk foam of the cappuccino could have been higher and denser, but the coffee and taste were very well.

Fiz meu lançamento de livro no Balde Café e agradecer não só o Rodrigo, mas TODOS os funcionários, belezinhas, educados, prestativos.. eu sempre sonhei com meu lançamento em um lugar com natureza brindando champagne e um instrumento musical tocando e esse sonho se realizou no Balde! foi indicação de uma caixinha nos stories que eu coloquei, fui conhecer e me encantei. não só pelo lugar que é extremamente aconchegante, mas a simpatia de todos, o amor nos detalhes do cardápio, da mesa, do atendimento, as plaquinhas, por ser petfriendly.. sério! não poderia ter escolhido lugar melhor. obrigada por todos terem feito parte da realização de um grande sonho. Eu e meu pai fomos ao Tertúlia café em uma manhã fria por conta do vento, para um café, e tivemos uma surpresa agradável. O dono, Rodrigo, nos atendeu com a maior alegria e disposição, que me agradou consideravelmente.

Ele nos mostrou dois tipos de grão de café diferentes, que pudemos escolher, e ele moeu o grão na hora para preparar o nosso café. O café veio bem quente, e não estava queimado, nem adoçado, perfeitamente preparado, que eu e meu pai apreciamos muito.

Acabei pedindo um banoffe(um doce de banana, doce de leite e biscoito) que foi preparado no dia e estava maravilhoso, ouso dizer que foi o melhor banoffe que tive, enquanto meu pai pediu uma porção de oito pães de queijo que foram preparados em pouco tempo e também estavam deliciosos.

Em geral, tudo estava maravilhoso, do ambiente limpo, a atitude positiva e comida deliciosa. Penso em voltar e recomendo fortemente essa cafeteria! Obrigado Rodrigo, pela...
