Sides are simple and fine, but honestly, who cares? This is a Brazilian BBQ — it’s all about the meat! Skip the potatoes and focus on the fire-grilled goodness.

Come hungry, leave full and happy. My server, Victor, was outstanding — hardworking, attentive, always smiling, and incredibly accommodating despite the language gap. He deserves a big tip for the effort and energy he brings.

This spot is an affordable BBQ gem — no fancy frills, no sky-high prices, just good food and good vibes. Don’t expect fine dining — this is a lively, bustling food hall. So flip your marker to green and hold out as long as you can… the meat parade won’t stop until you say so!

We were on our way to go to a different restaurant but then we had decided not to go to that one. My uncle found this place on google maps and we decided that we wanted something that was close to having a churassco with rice and beans, so this place was chosen. I may have to say the food here was excellent at the time we came to this location, and their weren’t a lot of people around. By the number of chairs this location had and how wide this place is and where it is located, it would seem that a bus tour group could eat here. They also have desserts here such as sweet minced banana, small pieces of pomegranate seeds, fruit salad, two different types of cakes. What is not on the buffet is ice cream, which you may have to purchase close...

Decepção total é assim que posso resumir o que encontrei nesse estabelecimento no dia dos pais 08/08/2021.

Fui com a minha família para ter um almoço prazeroso com meu pai, meu filho, meu irmão que vai ser pai daqui alguns meses e o restante da nossa família. Ao chegar fomos guiados a uma mesa em um local totalmente ruim, adaptado na porta da brinquedoteca. Fomos nos servir e um buffet totalmente desorganizado pratos e talhares sem nenhum higienização ou proteção contra COVID, uma fila indiana sem demarcação de distancia, todo mundo aglomerado. Uma confusão no buffet, começando com saladas, depois um queijo, ai no meio uma ilha de sobremesas (local totalmente errado) ai depois a ilha de quentes onde estava tudo amontoado, coisa feia de se ver. Mas ai você está em um churrascaria em um rodizio de carnes e espera no minimo carnes, ficamos sentados mais ou menos 40 min e nenhuma carne foi passada, reclamamos e ai passou uma unica vez e depois disso nada mais. Depois disso viramos a plaquinha para não ser servido mais nada, chamei o garçom e pedi para falar com o gerente, o mesmo me falou que lá não tinha gerente e nisso pedi para falar com o responsável. Esperamos 20 min mais ou menos e ninguém apareceu até que decidimos ir atrás da pessoa. Chegando lá falamos a nossa observação, apresentamos nosso insatisfação e o representante simplesmente olhou e falou para a moça da caixa descontar o rodizio.

Ali percebi que era normal o que presenciei e que uma tentativa de mostrar os erros para que melhorassem ia ser inútil.

Nós que trabalhamos com serviços sabemos que erros podem acontecer, imprevistos existem mas temos como dever buscar oferecer o melhor e se isso não acontecer mostrar que tentaremos isso em uma próxima vez, que a opinião, observação dos nosso clientes são importantes...
