Capim Bambu — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Barreiros-Sirinhaém

As a person who has worked 10 years in catering, I have to say, I am shocked by the food in this establishment.

I ordered a bean soup, which was tasty enough, if a bit salty. No problem, this happens. As a main course I had picanha of lamb with broccoli rice and vegetables.

Why am I writing a review? Nobody asked how I want my lamb to be cooked. It arrived rare, which is okay if the meat is of good quality. Needless to say, this one wasn't. It was fatty, tasted old (not in a good way) and after asking for it to be cooked a bit more, it arrived a second time and I believe it had been reheated a minute in the microwave. I didn't eat it.

The broccoli rice. Man, I love crunchy, fresh broccoli. Today I learned that I hate overcooked shredded broccoli mixed with cheap rice. Boring.

The vegetables: I would dare any manager of this establishment to finish the 200gm of shop-bought tinned vegetables mixed with mayonnaise and about 100gm of sugar. Served cold. My god, this was among the most disgusting things I have had on a plate of food!

Service: One girl was in a shitty mood. That's okay, happens to all of us. The other server was standing next to the table waiting for the order - not nice. She saw the full plate going back and did not say anything about a possible refund or offered another meal or anything. Instead a different colleague came to collect the money. That's one way to avoid dealing with a hungry customer who had been served inedible food.

A suggestion: Maybe reduce the excessive menu and focus on preparing fresh food...maybe with a sauce, a dish, something that compliments each other. You know, food pairing and all that.

Fatty old lamb with microwave mushy broccoli rice and cold sugary tinned vegetables is not really a dish suitable for paying customers. In fact it is not suitable...

Service was very bad! It took over 1h for us to be serviced. That's way TOO long! Then, our order came incomplete. We are in 4 adults, 3 got serviced, the 4th person had to wait another 40min to get serviced. The food was very salty but all right. Nothing extraordinary. I spoke to the manager, owner (Jamerson) about the delay; he was very overwhelmed and helpless! I couldn't believe in that! Note, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Poor management for sure!!!!

Note: the waiters were EXTREMELY friendly.

Bem, começando com o tempo de 25 minutos para receber um tal de baguete com filé que nem chegou kkkkkkkkkk ,no estilo nos deixaram papando Capim bambu Um prato de entrada ou um lanche tem que estar tudo pré preparado e entregar em Max 10 minutos! Bebida Nada refrescante, sabe aquele suco que coça a mandíbula de tão ácido, kkkk pois é, O suco de laranja verde , não é possível que a equipe da cozinha não saiba fazer uma devida triagem e talvez até uma sanitização dos alimentos verdes , que não estou seguro que ou se fazem isso com as frutas !

Agora vamos para o arroz de polvo , R$35 por isso aí que era uma espécie polvo surpresa! ou seja feliz de quando se encontrava um polvo aí !kkkkkkkk preparado acho que com molho de tomate apenas , possível extrato de tomate e ou molhos Tomates prontos de saco packs! Nada de Um real arroz de polvo, esse não tinha nada de delícia apenas comestível ! Tipo arroz com molho de tomate e polvo de supressa ! Agora olha o filé de peixe que pedimos !

Veja cómo está montado o prato principal o Filé de peixe As macaxeira fritas por cima e o filé pro baixo , inclusive só estaba empañado por um lado apenas Um sabor insípido que não se percebe um real preparo de um prato e sim tudo feito nas carreiras! Sem marinar o peixe por exemplo , ou quem sabe flambado ! Kkkkk like a dream

Enfim a estrutura pode até ser legal do locol porém a gestão e a falta de competência está bem apresentada massa foto , precisam melhorar um tanto ! #GastroMundo Gestão...
