Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rude, arrogant, and completely unwelcoming staff. No smile, no greeting — it honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there.
GO 1KM FAR AWAY TO COLUMBIA SUN
The beach was dirty, the tables were sticky and clearly not cleaned, and the whole place looked poorly maintained. We sat for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, despite several staff members walking past and blatantly ignoring us.
Seeing how unprofessional and uninviting the atmosphere was, we simply decided to leave. And thank goodness we did! Just a little further down the coast, we found Columbia Sun, and the difference was night and day: warm, friendly staff, a clean environment, and excellent service.
To top it all off, as we were leaving, one of the staff members spoke to us very rudely, accusing us of parking in “his spot” — even though there were no signs or indications that any spaces were reserved.
All in all, this place is a complete disaster. Don’t waste your time or money. There are much better options nearby. Columbia Sun is a far better choice — highly...
Read moreMy recent visit to this establishment was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth — friendly, attentive, and impeccably groomed, they made sure every detail was taken care of with grace and professionalism.
The aesthetic of the space was simply beautiful. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and harmonious atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The beach area was particularly impressive — the sun lounges were incredibly comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation while soaking in the stunning surroundings.
The food was another highlight. Every dish was not only delicious but also presented with such care and elegance. It’s rare to find a place where the culinary experience matches the beauty of the environment, but this establishment delivered on both fronts.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The vibe, the service, the setting, the food — everything was just perfect. If you’re looking for a place that offers relaxation, impeccable service, and an unforgettable aesthetic...
Read moreOur first visit to Plague du Soleil was after a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The beach club feels a bit run-down and neglected, not only the sand, but also the sunbeds, cushions, and umbrellas, just everything were in need of cleaning. Around the three showers (one out of order) there’s random clutter like old furniture, surfboards, and kitchen items, which adds to a slightly shabby impression.
Service was friendly. A cappuccino (€5.50) came with various milk options, which is nice, but only in a unusual small takeaway paper cup with a plastic lid. Bottle water was served chilled with ice, but again with thin disposable plastic cups that fly away. It doesn’t match the kind of atmosphere you’d expect when spending time (and money) at a beach club.
The kitchen opens at 11:00, but the menu has very limited vegetarian options and is not flexible. A request to replace chicken with halloumi in the club sandwich was declined.
While Plague du Soleil might be slightly cheaper than other spots along Ladies Mile, the value for money and overall experience were...
