If it wasn’t for the dj and the music/beach area this place will be equal to a kiosk by the sea. The service at the beach area is TERRIBLE, the staff is not trained properly, most of them are men and I am not being funny about it, but most of them all they do is gather ignoring customers or focusing on flirting with young girls and staring, they work slow SIGA SIGA, can’t take multiple orders at once, I assume short memory spam, basically got something else of what we ordered lol. And it was soo bad, no flavour, nothing special, got served a piece unedible mediocre food for a high price, drinks weren’t even cold. The restaurant menu btw is not like this. Not just that but there is no manager supervision at least to make them go line by line to take orders. I want to love this place but trust me that if you are not taking orders, how can we spend?? Either under staffed or the manager has NO CLUE how to optimize the service. Train your staff if not experienced, provide expectations or enforce duties to go around each line and have enough menus available. I was thinking about calling the main number to ask them to send someone because it’s like we didn’t exist! So many other places in ladies mile, please get yourself together and not just live off the good reputation you have for years, keep consistent otherwise you lose it to the other places, I will not be visiting again unless we bring our own food and drinks! Zero...
Read moreIgnore the negative reviews! Yes there is a dirt road to get there but it lasts only 5mins. Ensure you drive slowly as it is gravel and avoid the very few potholes. Really not so hard, I can only assume the negative reviewers must lack a bit of common sense when driving. The sea was crystal clear with beautiful sand, there are stones if you set yourself up further away from the beach bar. In Limassol most beaches have stones, if you want to avoid them completely head to Protaras. The sun bed prices for 2 beds and an umbrella start from 7.50 / 15 / 20 / 40 euros. Choose according to the beach experience you want to have. Simple. As a person from Cyprus, you will not find any popular beach destination with lower sun bed prices of 7.50euros. We went on a Thursday from 12-18.00 and the music from the bar was at a low volume, playing chilled pop/house. Naturally if it’s the weekend I’d expect it to be a bit louder, to be expected. Food: we had two mains, two alcoholic drinks and two coffees and we paid under 50 euros. Service was top, and we could order from our beds. Finally, for all our foreign friends, another + is that you can have WiFi from...
Read moreHonestly incredibly dissapointed with this place, could do so much better, they charge you as if they’re some high end location, but then bring you food and drinks in plastic recipients and cheap cuttlery that breaks, as if this is some street picnic. Food was average to say the best, but the plastic cups and food box/receipients where flying around and falling on the floor from the wind, which wasn’t even that strong. Even 1:30h after finishing our food, we went for a swim, nobody had come to pick up the rests or clean up, the whole food rests where in the sand and everything was disgusting and full of oil. Are we supposed to clean it up and bring it to the kitchen ourselves? Maybe do the dishes too? Really what is this, you can’t be charging prettending to be something you’re not, as if you’re high end and then have terrible service, presentation, and experience in general. Only good thing is the place looks okay, but nothing special neither, as any...
