We had a great lunch at As-Salihah. The food is authentically Indonesian and very reasonably priced. Highlights were the Bandeng Presto (tender milkfish cooked to the bone), Bakso Beranak (giant meatball with smaller ones inside—fun and filling!), Gado-Gado (classic peanut sauce salad), and the Mie Goreng Seafood. The drinks were nice too, especially the Teh C Special.
Portions were generous, service was quick, and the menu offers a wide range of Indonesian favourites that are hard to find elsewhere in Brunei.
Only small downside: the toilet could be a bit cleaner—but that didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving Indonesian comfort food in Bandar...
