Up the bumpy road to the Prince Beach Club, management assures me that once the construction up the street is completed, the road will be repaved—likely about a year from now. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Prince Beach Club in Sihanoukville twice, both times for the cigar room, which I’ll review separately in due time.
