Level 22 Sihanoukville — Restaurant in Khaet Preah Sihanouk

On July 29, at 9 pm I had dinner at Level 22 and ordered the Beef Rendang — slow-cooked beef in coconut milk with spices and steamed rice. The dish tasted amazing: the beef was tender, the flavors were well-balanced, and I truly enjoyed the meal. Unfortunately, just a few hours later — around 2 AM — I began experiencing nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I hadn’t eaten anything else that evening, so it’s clear that the food from this restaurant was the cause. It’s very disappointing that a restaurant with such a high-level presentation failed to ensure the basic safety and hygiene of its food. I urge the management to pay close attention to: • the freshness of ingredients, • proper food storage conditions, and • expiration dates of products.

Delicious food means nothing if it makes your guests sick. Food safety must...

The service doesn't cope at all... we ask to serve wine/water right away, you wait 20 minutes... ask to serve the salad first, then hot.

They bring everything at once... The place is not busy,maybe 3-4 table with people only , but the staff doesn’t speak English, they fuss but don’t provide service...

one disappointment, since I live here, and I would like to have dinner or lunch here.... bill 70$ for what ?? For this terrible service?! Once at the pool, the manager came up to me and completely forbade me to drink my juice, although I rent housing here and pay for everything. and said you can only drink something here if you order from us…. I'm a frequent visitor to Level 22 Restaurant in sihanoukville because we are living downstair, often enjoying their breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even room service due to our proximity. The ambiance is inviting, and I appreciate the vibes they offer. However, like many establishments in Cambodia, language barriers persist. The staff's limited grasp of English creates recurring communication challenges. Despite this, one highlight for me at Level 22 is their delicious fried rice , and for breakfast is egg Benedict! But their cheesecake is not recommended I can say, only small slice of cheesecake and one passion fruit, super sad , the price is super expensive and it's...
