NEED TRAINING FOR HOSPITALITY STAFF

i order the VIP package (scrub,mask, and massage) and they said i have to wait 5mins, turns out i waited around 40mins and i ask the staff and they said that i have to waited 1hour again so the total 1hour and 40 mins. i got scrub done, i ask the staff to cancel the VIP package because i dont want to take the whole package (which the massage one ) bcs its already midnight and i have to work tommorow after (cs i already wasted time for waiting 1HOUR 40MIN TO GET JUST GOD DAMN SCRUB) and they said they cannot cancel the VIP package and i have to pay still 40$ even if i did not got massage treatment. after very long argue with 1 staff and cashier that call some staff more. they accuse that i did the massage but i did not want to pay (?) the way the staff speak its very impolite and shows they are angry by slightly slamming the menu book. very...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. At first, they told me to wait 5 mins for the massage, ended up i waited for an hour, so i did the scrub & face mask only. When i checked my bill on the cashier, they charged me $40 because they thought i did the massage, but i didn’t, and when i explained to them, they insisted me to pay that much. At the end, they changed my bill to $28, after a very very long argument with the staff. DEFINITELY NEVER COMEBACK.

Edit : Of course i didn’t use all the services in the package, because they made me WAITED for 1 HOUR, dont...

What I liked about it : They are open until 3am. : It is quite affordable, if you are not going to get any service and just use the pools, it only cost $6 (I think). And they have a list of services as well. The body scrub we took cost $28. This amount already includes the pool use.

What can be improved : The pools can be cleaner. There are some particles floating. : It would be better if the staff can speak a little more English. But they are friendly and try to...
