Scenery SkyBar & Restaurant Phnom Penh — Restaurant in Khan Chroy Changvar

Me and my friends have become a regular guest in no time. And this is why... The food, especially the steak is awesome, except for the pizza... The pizza look and taste like something from a cheap and crappy pizzaria, and it shouldn't be that bad for a fancy restaurant as this one. I hope they improve this asap.

Update - 2 days after. Me and one of my friends had order a pizza. I tried a slice and I can tell it definitely has improved. It's so much better than before. I have to raise my food review star from 4 to 5 because of this. Kudos!

The service is absolutely top notch. And the staff are definitely fantastic.

Atmosphere? Panoramic night view of the riverside and the city! Absolutely stunning! Afraid that it will suddenly raining, especially the rainy season? No worries! The staff would guide the guests to an indoor dining area downstairs of the skybar. How great is that? There is more why scenery is the best! Happy hour is 5-7PM, buy 1 get 1 Heineken draught for only 2.50 USD, instead of the insane skybar prices! Not only that it's buy 3 get 3 (that's 7.50USD for 6 draught!), starting from 9 till 12:30AM! Scenery Sky Bar and Restaurant truly lives up to its name — the view is breathtaking, especially at sunset! The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for both romantic dinners and casual gatherings. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The food was exceptional — beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially loved the grilled seafood platter and the signature cocktails, which were both creative and refreshing. The live music added a wonderful touch to the evening.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Phnom Penh or looking for a memorable night out. Can’t wait...

The restaurant considers itself an upscale establishment. There are no vegetarian alternatives for guests. Another unpleasant side is the communication problem. For example, I was dining with my friend. The waitresses only communicated with my companion in Khmer, completely ignoring me, as if I wasn't even there. I understand that they might not have a basic English command, but at least acknowledging all guests would demonstrate a higher level of hospitality. I hope they improve this very...
