I am already aware of the fact that most Cameroonian businesses do not consider their customers' health. But this is beyond ridiculous! How can you people leave cake for customers to come and buy when it is already bad?! I went to this boulangerie to get bread as they are renowned for their delicious bread. I am a huge fan of their Pain de mie special, it is amazing. But, that doesn't give them an excuse to sell products that have gone past their expiration date. I first of all tasted the cake and thought the flavour might have changed. Considering this is not the first time I have gotten this exact Moka au Chocolat. But since when does chocolate cake have a sour taste?! I am shocked, annoyed, disgusted and utterly disappointed by Boulangerie Coaf. I could have expected this from a small local bakery but not them. And the fact that they sold this to me with no guilt just says a lot about their establishment. Besides having terrible customer service, I still frequented this place cause I trusted the quality of their products. But now, I seriously doubt ever going back there. I feel this is all possible because we do not have any food inspection facilities that ensure the quality of these establishments is maintained. I'm so pissed right now. If not for the fact that I live very far away from the boulangerie, I would've instantly gone back to demand a refund and compensation for the distress I suffered.
