I've just left Chez Wou and the food was expensive and extremely poor quality. I ordered the spicy chicken and, as the dish came, it was more chicken ligament than meat and contained, as far as my palate could detect, no spices of any kind. I asked for some peppers which gave the dish the minimum required to qualify as tasting "like" something, but it was still extremely bad, expensive, and small. I give two stars because the meal was, if nothing else, hot.
