La Cantine — Restaurant in Yaoundé

The shisha took so long to come out it came after the food and it was the wrong flavour. Instead of letting us know before hand that the flavour we wanted was unavailable they just started making it anyway. They have a small buffet for about 6k per person, while the options were quite limited i’d like to think it’s a new implementation and with time they will perfect their buffet but the concept is good. The food was good nothing too out of the ordinary by the state of the shrimp you can tell they’re overcooked but that’s fine if you don’t mind. The staff is for the most part helpful i guess? Attended an afterwork organised by BrainBooster and found the place quite comfy and friendly with great service.

The food is pleasant, in our case it was a buffet. The waiters are polite.

The place was a little challenging to spot but I guess there are two very entrances and I went in circles for a bit.
