About a month ago my wife was in the ER for morning sickness and couldn't keep down fluids. I went to the starbucks and ordered a Venti drink and very politely asked for a cup of water which was very warmly received by the cashier. The party in front of me also ordered water, and they ended up taking an extra cup of water meant for me. When I asked again to the serving worker about the water, and specified I would like if it could be in a large cup instead of small, he gave me the worst snide look and did not respond to me when I thanked him after leaving. I mean, I'll pay for water too. Wish I was paying for it because at least I wouldn't have been treated...

Most Workers ( Doctors,nurses. Technicians , porters. Housekeeping and food services that work long gruelling hours depend on having a place to get a drink to keep you going through your hard days . Not to mention patients and visitors . It is not the employees fault at all but Starbucks themselves need to be better at fixing what needs fixing so that employees arenāt being attacked verbally by people that are frustrated and angry. I asked if it was ready yet and turns out it had been sitting there ready for a while and was almost cold. Then one of the young guys grabs it and runs out into the kitchen/back area with it and comes back in. I'd been waiting so long my friends were almost finished, so I just got my money back.
