Staff needs to be looked into as they only care about drive-thru times and not about the quality of service or food. Every time I come to this location and pull up to the hand off window, they ask me to reverse and pull forward again to reset their drive-thru times simply to appear to be doing well for "handing out product quickly to their customers" to the higher ups. As well to try to be fast, I have noticed that if they do not have the food you asked for at the speaker box they do not inform you or ask to fix it, they will hand you something similar to what you ordered without telling you in hopes you do not notice so they can get you out of the drive thru as quick as possible. Not sure why I keep coming back to this location as it happens 85% of the time I come here. I have gotten farmer's wraps with nothing in it but x1 sausage (no egg, no sauce, no hash brown), I have gotten muffins instead of cookies, gotten a box of timbits with only plain when I requested specific flavors and they confirmed at the speaker with me. No customer service what so ever, they only hand you the debit machine and then yell "next" so you leave. Read moreI just went to this Tim Horton drive-thru. I ordered several items with the App sale price. When I pulled over to pay, the price was different from the App's sale price. Then they told me that I could only order one item with the on sale price on the App. Okay then I told them that I only wanted one item and requested to cancel all the others. They told me that they could not cancel or change the order that I had to pay whatever it was because they had already scanned the QR code on my phone. I offered the option that they could charge my credit card and then refund and reorder. Their manager came out and told me that they could not charge and refund that I had to pay what it was. I think hire responsible staff, always wrong order, sometimes ask half coffee half French vanilla but get only French vanilla it's not one time many times happen.
