I would say this is the 2nd worst timmies in abbotsford. Its normally not great at this location and they screw everything up but today was quite interesting. First we asked what muffins were whole wheat and the girl just sat on the other side of the speaker in silence and then when we asked " can you find out if you don't know please?" She then said "uhhh and sat there in silence again". It was a very weird interaction. Then once we figured that out, I ordered a muffin and my bf ordered a breakfast sandwich meal. He made sure to even clarify that he wanted a meal with hashbrown and I wanted a muffin. We get to the window and she told us 3 different prices by the time she charged us ... then we pay and notice our hashbrown is missing so we tell them and they tell us that they gave us a discount on the muffin so we don't get a hashbrown. We try to explain that we still want the meal though and they keep saying they gave us the meal with the muffin instead .. they aren't getting that that isn't what we want. We also have to get them to put the chipotle sauce on the farmers breakfast sandwich ( because they are the only location we have been to that doesn't put it on for some reason). Then while we are still talking about this meal thing... the manager came over super aggressive and raised her voice and was being very stern telling us they already gave us the discount on the muffin .. we explain to her twice again and she says " well you need to complete you meal order at the speaker". We did do that .. twice ... but they messed up the order and she was trying to say it's our fault. Then was super sarcastic and sassy at us the whole time and kept speaking overly clear to us like we were stupid while explaining that she had to return the first order amount and re ring up the entire meal with the hashbrown and the muffin I wanted again .. all while she looked frustrated with us. This was an easy fix.. she was a manager, She could have fixed it easily by just giving us a hashbrown and apologizing for their mess up or at least be polite. The employees all looked nice and friendly but this manager was horrid. We will never go back...

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my visit to your location on September 1st at approximately 7:40 p.m. The female employee on cash (wearing glasses, no name tag) demonstrated behavior and practices that are unacceptable from both a customer service and food safety standpoint.
Order Accuracy & Disrespectful Service
I ordered garlic bread with sauce. The cashier confirmed the sauce was included, but it was not. When I returned to the counter, instead of taking a few seconds to correct the mistake, she ignored me and served the next customer. This level of disregard for a paying guest is unacceptable.
Lack of Professionalism
Her dismissive attitude suggested she was taking the situation personally rather than resolving it professionally.
Food Safety Violations
Gloves were not changed while moving between food handling, baked goods, the sandwich bar, the register, and back again.
The grill was being washed while still hot — a direct violation of proper food safety standards.
Employees were working without visible name tags, making accountability impossible.
To be clear, I am not painting every employee with the same brush. However, I have worked within food service and am familiar with proper standards, so I recognize when things are being done incorrectly. Many customers may not notice, but I did — and these practices were serious enough that, had a health inspector walked in at that time, the store would almost certainly have faced sanctions or closure.
This isn’t about nitpicking. It’s about basic safety, professionalism, and protecting the reputation of the Tim Hortons brand. I strongly urge management to review the camera footage from this time and take immediate corrective action.
I expect a formal written response from management addressing these concerns and outlining the steps that will be taken to prevent this from happening...
Read moreHad made this my regular drive through on my way to work.. they are VERY pushy in the drive through, they rush to get you through even when there is no other cars behind you. They often hand me the debit machine to pay, then also hand me my order without taking the machine back. I only have 1 hand to grab the food with! they sit there and hold the food out to me without taking the machine back.. how am i supposed to grab anything!? or they have one person handing me the machine to pay, and another person handing me my order at the same time. I can't grab it all and pay at the same time in the drive through! I have even said before to them "I can't grab the order when I'm still holding onto the debit machine, take the machine so I can grab my order" and they remain standing there holding the order out to me and not taking the machine. This morning I decided to go inside before my shift, I was the only 1 in there, the drive through only had 2 cars. I stood there for 4 minutes, multiple workers looked at me and not one of them helped me. Quite a few were just standing there. I even said hello, and still no one came to the till, so I left and went across the street to the other Tims. The service here has never been good, and I would go here multiple times a week....
