I come to this Wendy’s quite often, Alex always greets me with a smile and is friendly, he is the best! Kayla if that’s the right girl signed into the register at Drive Thru, on Aug 21st around 7:20pm.. she is a complete snob and is clearly not happy working there. She greeted me at the speaker by saying “ what do you want” and “ anything else” atleast 3 times and I didn’t even get to finish my order before she sent half of it through, so I continued with my order and you can tell by her tone and attitude it was a problem! She scanned my app and then proceeded to laugh with her coworker because I wasn’t sure if I was just earning points I just downloaded the app so it’s new for me. I then received my food which has a finger punch in the middle of one of my 2 flattened burgers! I couldn’t believe it because I get those burgers all the time and they don’t come like that. That was intentional and very rude! That’s not right, I will definitely not be back, not that you guys care if one person doesn’t come back but it’s all about human connection and she was just awful. I went in the store before and the young man at the till took my order, he upgraded MY fries because he said I was so polite to him. So I am definitely not the problem! Kayla looked unhappy, she was not friendly at all, and my food was damaged and didn’t even have the cheese sauce it usually does, or it was just a lot less. Not happy at all and it would be appreciated if this message would be recognized and brought to her attention! I should have brought my burger back but I live on the other end of town and I also didn’t care to go back and see Kayla again as I know it would not have been a smooth interaction with her. I swear she also set my bag of food in a cooler the bag was cold and my food wasn’t as hot as...

Time for a new manager!

The drive-thru ordering process was painful. We had to repeat our order multiple times. Understandable if someone is new or having an off day, so we let it slide. But when we got to the window, we sat there awkwardly waiting for the window to even open so we could pay.

We were then handed a single small bag after ordering three combos. When we asked, “That’s everything?” the manager sarcastically yet confidently gave us a thumbs up and said, “You’re good.” Thankfully, we checked because we were not in fact “good” as there was only one small fry inside. We had ordered one regular combo and two upgraded medium combos.

When we pointed out the mistake, instead of correcting it properly, the manager gave us one small fry, one medium fry, and a boatload of attitude. In the end, we still didn’t receive the correct order, we paid for two medium upgrades but ended up with two smalls and only one medium.

To make matters worse, the manager immediately laughed about the situation with her employees the second the window closed, not even waiting for us to drive away.

As someone who has managed teams for years, I would never allow this kind of behaviour, especially from the person in a position of leadership. A manager should set the standard, not model dismissiveness and disrespect. This was an embarrassing and unprofessional representation of...

The first time was good no problems. Second time we both found hair in both of our burgers. My burger had blonde my husband's were black. Third time we thought we would give it a go... yuck I will never go back here again. I paid for cheese curds on my chilli cheese fries and did not get them. Both of our burgers were so salty we threw them out all we could taste is salt. I said extra toppings and there was hardly anything on it..Honestly that will be the last time I'll be going here. Disgusting. To top it all off no one was wearing a hair net when they were working. Just a warning.....

So we decide to give another chance once again.. no napkins no plum sauce no ranch no extra toppings on our burgers there was two pickles one onion, one tomatoe and my other burger had no onion at all. They also throw our frosty in the bag leaking everywhere with no tray! Just craziness....! I'm done with yous that is for sure! You lost my business at this location that is for sure. Just ordered from their tonight thinking maybe it's changed again.. nope.. we ordered double cheeseburgers and extra toppings and no extra toppings, one piece of tomatoe, one piece of lettuce and the tiniest pieces of bacon..not impressed...
