A&W Canada — Restaurant in Alberta

A&W in high prarie: If I could give 0 stars I would. I was just in there and 1st of all they had signs on food that was " unavailable " chicken????? Come on . Ok 2nd . The " boys " who were " working " had there music so LOUD I couldn't hear myself think. 3rd. They had all but the middle lane of the restaurant closed. Like the outer sections . its 5:30 pm. On Sunday . peak dinner time but I can see u 4 clearly don't want to have to clean later . 4th .Customer service was so bad I stood there n had to wait to ask if this was my meal. They were all watching the pagent show or some award show and couldn't be bothered .

I felt bad for the older couple in there. They couldn't even hear each other talk over the music. Not to mention that they had to sit in the middle aisle and get cold wind blown on them every time the door opened

Shame on you 3 up front doing nothing but watching tv n listening to your music TOO LOUD!!!!!!! I won't be back .

Ps meal was cold as well . $15.49...

I am very dissatisfied with service of the drive thru I've been through on several occasions nd every time I've never received any salt/pepper nd napkins with my order... I've asked for these things to be placed with my order every single time nd have never once have they been in the bag. There is nothing worst than getting down the road ready to enjoy your burger nd BANG!!! Your whole meal is ruined simply for the fact that the drive through attend does not care about his/her job or doesn't care about the customer enough to ensure that he provided that customer with the best service.. So if your a person that doesn't care about what they get you get for your DOLLARS nd will eat something that has had the pleasure and enjoyment taking out by all means go through the drive of A&W in High Prairie...

Nothing like waiting 10 minutes to get microwaved chicken strips I've eaten chicken strips from A&W for years these were 100% microwaved or sat in the warmer for hours and hours and tasted like sponge and where chewy like rubber and luke warm at best ... needless to say they went in the garbage what a waste of money the last time I came here I got food poisoning I thought I'd give them another chance and today was absolutely pointless to stop and give them my money not only that the drive-thru window was falling off the signs are all falling off the windows its dirty inside and whoever runs this place needs to be fired and swapped for someone that cares. I will never stop at this...
