Always a let down. Pop tatses flat and obviously the lines don't get cleaned cuz it tastes rotten when you do try to drink it even after going back twice. Ask for extra sauce cuz they're known for dry burgers and Cheap. Sure enough tried charging me for extra sauce even after showing them there's next to no sauce on the Dam thing. Never again. Seems like I can't review this place and add better comments each time. Always forgetting a while meal or burger and fries. Nobody speaks English there at all barely. Well don't get the sweet potato fries. They are rarely cooked properly and usually raw. I've called so many times. Returned for cooled fresh fries. Most other food is sub par. Black eggs , raw bacon , the list does not end. Ever ... I live here and I get take out every month cuz of the kids and they have given up after today we won't be back until it's new management or things change. 90 bloody dollars for the 6 of us to eat and can't get a order right ever. Always double checking the bag only to find out you have to go back in for someons meal or they didn't charge you and now you have to wait some more while it all gets cold. Nah I'm good. Unacceptable for an A&W location on a major highway to have such limited dining room hours and not have this communicated anywhere but on the dining room door. This is particularly concerning for a long term A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund unitholder such as myself who travels frequently throughout Canada. I've raised this issue repeatedly with the corporate office that hey, maybe it's beneficial for customers to know of the dining room hours before making a stop here on a road trip - your website hours make no mention of these limited dining room operations, all to no avail. Perhaps A&W needs to crack down on these franchises that can't meet such basic...

Kent is awesome. Hooked me up with some customizations on my burgers to meet my allergy needs... which you'd think should be standard but i promise you its not... when i order mods on my food it's frustrating cuz it is hard to eat at restaurants... most food restaurant food i can't eat at all... sometimes i can eat it but i always have to modify it.. most servers act as if I've greatly annoyed them as if my allergies are offending them.
