The most disgusting service I have ever experienced, I never not left a tip but the server so that poor I felt I couldn’t leave one. Told to sit down and they will bring the menu when they have finished talking at the bar, couldn’t explain what beers they offer and ended up bring me a drink I wasn’t even told they served. My partners wine was chucked in to her glass like you would throw some water down the sink. Forget to get steak knife’s before the food is bought out, tried to take my partners plate while she was still eating. Asked for the bill but before I could even open the bill to check it she had placed right in front of me the card machine to pay and stood waiting. I did notice some service at another table where instead of walking around the table to clear plates she’s reached over in front of the customer to grab the plate from the other side. Last but not least someone order a lovely desert just to have it slid across from the end of the table to them, the server should never be anywhere near serving people, you can train staff but the person has to has some common sense or savvy...

Just visited for the weekend like we do every year, this year the only available restaurant after 5 really disappointed. Typically we have great service and great food, this visit it took around 30 minutes for the drinks to hit the table and 1.5 hours for the main course to come out when we were one of three tables in the building. Finally after waiting for a hour and a half the food came out over cooked and dry, when your order a 60$ steak you expect a decent cut and some flavour but all we got was a bland dish. I wanted to reach out to the server to ask if there was potentially an issue in the kitchen as this is was different from our previous experiences but she was no where to be seen until it was time to bill the table. Next year when we book our annual ski trip it definitely won’t be at a resort with one option for dinner that is the equivalent in quality...

Food not as advertised and fine dining prices for mediocre diner food. Advertised chicken with wild rice timbale mushroom sauce , broccolini . The “ timbale “ was undercooked white rice with a few grains of wild rice( not shaped) just rice. The broccolini was yellow but they still served it. ( we returned it) as the kitchen said it was “ all” like that.Other vegetables were either overcooked or previously frozen( couldn t tell)The chicken was good, and cooked well. The mushroom sauce was very similar to the beef dip that was also ordered. ( like out of a package) Nice ambience, mediocre service. Would definitely avoid eating here even if it means a trip into town. Very poor value . For the description and prices we were anticipating a delicious meal, and unfortunately left very...

The 1 star reviews are unwarranted. I have dined here 5-7 times across multiple seasons. The food and drinks are great. The service however is all over the place in quality due to the nature of their seasonal staffing. Sometimes the service is meh, sometimes it is great. We have had issues arise during our times here that have all been addressed and reconciled nicely and without further issues. Even with our less experienced servers we haven't had any issues warranting a 1 star experience. The most consistent issue we have here is we always need to hunt down our server for our bill. This has happened nearly every time we have dined here, and I do think that needs to be addressed.

Faith was one of the best severs we have ever had. She was so good we ate there a second night. The manager Stepanie also helped us out for lunch by getting a game on the big screen and opening that section for lunch. Nice views of the mountain. The sunshine salad was one of the best I've ever had. The charcuterie board wad also one of the best and a good deal. The duck wings were tasty but not filling. The pork ribs were tasty and filling. Good avocado spinach panini and great fries. Very good wine list, but very limited beer selection. A little pricey but you're at a ski resort. Management needs to do a better job staffing as employees were getting burned out and leaving.
