Coyote Grill & Wok — Restaurant in Alberta

Several times we’ve ordered pineapple & bacon large pizza. For some reason we got bacon pepperoni. We love the food at Coyotes but to get a pizza we waited for home only to find an order we didn’t place, can be discouraging. The pizza was okay but simply not what we ordered. I know they do & can prepare awesome food. We made it known. If a business doesn’t hear the issue, they can’t fix it. Thank you Kevin for trying so hard to please your community. They’re usually a 5 out of 5. Just a glitch which we understand but now 3 different times. We’ll still order our favourites. They’re on it 98 % of the time. Well done Kevin! My family and I have been going here for years. Usually it is good chinese food and pizza for dine in or pick up. Tonight, I ordered chinese food for Father's day dinner. Granted, you guys were super busy with pick up orders. I understand when restaurants are under staffed and busy that it can be tricky to lose focus but our food sat on the back counter for over an hour because you guys confused it with someone else's order, while my daughter and I waited for over half an hour while everyone was served but us for pick up. All we got was a small "sorry" as the food was pushed towards us on the counter after I asked if it had been sitting there for over an hour. Me and my family ordered a pick up for father's Day so we went to go pick it up and the lady at the front desk said Oh itS nOt ReaDy yEt iT wILl bE AbOuT 10 mInUTes. So we went to go sit down and wait and it was really busy there so people were coming every 2 seconds and they were giving them their food. So 10 mins go by then 20 mins go by so we were sitting there for HALF AND HOUR ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE FOOD WAS READY AND WAS SITTING THERE FOR 30 MINS!! We already payed for the food though. Then we were rlly upset and all the lady said was sorry and pushed the food to us 😒 it was like she wanted us to get out.
