Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Alberta

Drove past grocery store at 10:56pm. Googled Dairy Queen and it said open till 11pm. So drove 200ft jumped out ran up to takeout window. Guy says we’re closed. Everything was all cleaned up. I showed him the my phone and it clearly stated closed soon on the website. Showed him the time it was 10:58pm. Still refused to serve me. So because they didn’t care I got. I supper tonight. So nice to see that I being in the service industry as a truck driver I give 100% customer service everyday. But these people who we rely on don’t give a crap about us. I will be calling head office and lodging a formal complaint about this. Open is open if you want to be out by 11pm then close at 10:30....

This Dairy Queen is new and has far exceed my expectations. We are from Calgary and Dairy Queen is hit or miss, some locations even pre make the burgers and heat them up in the microwave... i never went to DQ as a place for food as it was always subpar. When DQ opened up in High Prairie we were excited to have another fast food and dessert option, so we went and tried it. The food was so good, and i don't know how its not like its any different, but its fresh, well season, and delicious!
