BRUTAL SERVICE.

Me and my coworker went in after work and each ordered a box meal to go. First they "only had dark meat" and then it was a 10 min wait for the first meal. 2nd meal watched 5 people that ordered similar meals after him go out the door before he got his about 15 min after ordering

After getting to the hotel we realized we had soggy and doughy chicken. No coleslaw x 2, and no gravy.

Call to complain and nobody answers the phone after trying 3 times.

Absolute...

I typically get great service here! Tonight I came in and ordered a chicken bowl and was advised it would be a 5 minute wait. 5 minutes is really not that big of deal, dispite today's society, in a rush all the time and can't handle a couple minute wait. I told the nice lady that 5 minutes is fine. While I waited, they offered me a free fountain drink for the wait. Not necessary, but much appreciated the offer. It was a very nice gesture! Stopped in on my way home to grab myself and my boys something to eat. when I asked about the $5 deal of the day, I decided we would all like that...easy peasy right? Wrong!!!! when i went to order 3 of the deals I was told it was one order per person per day..... WTH? so I can't get the deal because my boys were at home? Ok then I guess you will not be getting my money for anything then. Left and went to DQ who gladly let me order 3 of their deals....
