Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alberta

I ordered a pizza for delivery & was told it'd be 15 minutes. I called back almost an hour later to make sure there wasn't an address issue, as it's happened before. They had accidentally put the order as pick up, but said they'd delivery it right away. An hour later, I call back to see what's up & they "didn't have my delivery address" but never bothered to call me to find out. They had my name, number & account info with attached address, so not sure how that'd be possible in the first place. 2 hour wait & they couldn't be bothered. Incredible customer service, I won't...

Food is decent but their website is garbage. I’ve ordered for delivery a couple times, it says delivery is an option, I put my order in, pay for it, then it takes me to the order completion screen and says I have to pick it up. Don’t have it say delivery is an option if it isn’t and then change it after I’ve already paid and make me go pick it up. Just take the option out if you don’t have a driver that day or for whatever reason you can’t deliver....

Ordered pizza and wings online, I ordered the traditional bone in wings and got the bone out wings!! This is the second time it's happened!
