This place is okay, but the decor needs some serious work. The urinal in the men's washroom is out of order and there's a bunch of flies in there. This is definitely not a place for a romantic dinner. The food is quite good, and my family liked the shanghai noodles. The chow mein is excellent as well. A few things to note: 1) There is no chili garlic sauce. This is a must have when ordering green onion cakes. They came with some weird type of sweet sauce that was composed mostly of corn starch. Stay away from this sauce as it will give you a buttplosion. 2) The egg foo yung is served with a very salty gravy. This is not normal in the slightest. 3) Nothing much for dessert, except for a mint with your bill. It would be nice to have seen some authentic Chinese desserts with red bean or something. This restaurant is very convenient to get to as it's right off the highway (hence the name, although I have no idea what a skyway has to do with this place) and really convenient if you decide to go fishing at Hanmore Lake. So yes, this place is good if you like Chinese like we do, especially for being out in the boonies, like Smoky Lake. It's so really nice to see some visible minorities, in these Delivarance-type areas of Alberta. If we would have heard some banjos, we would have split pretty quick!

Consistant quality and food. Family run business for 10 years. Under new Ownership in January, committed to continuing with the same menu, service and friendly service. A huge shout out to the past owners, a hue welcome to the new team and family.

Friendly staff and good quantity and quality good with affordable price. Their combination plate special is a good value meal.

Three of us went in for dinner. My friends got a meal for two and I got chicken noodle soup Chinese style. It was a not great broth with look what looked like a package of ichiban. It look like they took the very tip of the Chinese cabbage and chopped off like about an inch through that in my bowl and I didn't get any broccoli either. The chicken was like a quarter of an inch by an inch and a half by an inch and a half. I explained to her that I could not chew my food so could she cut it up? Very small that did not happen and it cost me $10. My friend's meal cost about 50. She was nice enough to talk to. It's a newer place to them. It looks like...

Stopped here on our way back from camping and ordered the Chinese Combination dinner for 3 - egg rolls, special fried rice, sesame chicken, bbq pork mixed greens and ginger beef. All was fabulous! Ginger beef was nice a crispy, broccoli didn't have that congealed substance that you normally find on Chinese mixed greens and was perfectly cooked crisp, rice was nice and flavourful and not dry. We weren't sure what to expect with the sesame chicken as we'd never recalled seeing it on a Chinese menu before but we were very happy with it, a new favourite of my husband's now. All in all, highly...
