Subway — Restaurant in Alberta

The staff in this location need to be educated a proper manners and customer service to its customers. Especially the young girl. I would say lady but I would assume she isn’t due to how rude she was. We have 3 children and order kids packs at different subway locations often. The man cut a piece of bread off of bread that was one inch thick. Now of course I spoke up and asked for a 6 inch because I’m not paying full price for a kids meal that is 1 inch thick. After we asked to switch to a 6 inch. This girl came over and rudely said “Um ya that’s a size of a kids, it’s always that small” along with dirty looks and attitude. After letting her know that’s not the size of kids size sandwich. She then went to whisper to her male fellow employee talk about us the customers and laugh. We were so appalled we walked out and went somewhere else for our meal. As the manager of this small subway shop I would hope he/she would work with this young girl and teach her how to properly speak to people in general and how to properly behave...

I'm not surprised to see many other reviews mentioning the rude staff because I also experienced terrible service from the manager himself. From the moment I walked in and said hello, he stared at me like he expected me to order immediately. There were no other customers—it was just me. I stood there for less than 2 minutes. I felt uncomfortable making him wait—he was standing close to me and staring—so I just picked the first item on the menu.

He looked visibly annoyed from the start. When I asked him to add more sauce, he added only a tiny bit and stared at me again, looking even more irritated. I was completely confused as to why I was being treated with such hostility.

Very few vegetables on the sandwich. They've been skimping on ingredients for quite a while.

I gave him a tip because I used to go to this place regularly, but this will be my last time. He doesn't know that because we usually order online, and my boyfriend almost always picks up the order. I don't think we'll ever...

This morning Ordered a meal, footlong chicken sub coffee and cookies. Store looked clean and no one was dining in at that time. First of all no cream, powdered creamer or milk for coffee as the cashier said we mostly sell black coffee so don’t have it. Asked for some milk from little bottle for sale in fridge. He said no I can’t let you use it, that’s ok. Got back in my vehicle and unwrap my sub and literally it looked like it exploded in the package. Veggies were all over me so end up eating bread and chicken. Chicken wasn’t even fully cooked n toasted proper. One cookie was ok second was hard as rock around edges and no it wasn’t not crunchy lol. Tried calling store but no answer left them a voice mail still waiting for call back. All n all...
