45 mins waiting to pick up in store at counter prepaid moble order of coffee timbits and wedges placed order at 114 arrived at 120 for a order that was to be made immediately did not recieve order until 155 staff was extremely rude to my boys who went to pick up my order The box of coffee did not have any cups lids stirring stick sugar or creams as it is supposed to come with un believable this level of service is acceptable at tim hortons rude staff sloth paced slow service missing items and no customer service or solution when asked if there was anyone to speak to to rectify the problem the sweet girl on the phone did apologize but could only recommend trying to contact corporate because management is unpredictable on when they will be in store if I could rate this location 0 I would i think management should really reevaluate this locations staffing choices

It's still a bit of a struggle to order inside, though much better than it was and, like many Tim's, they occasionally run out of inventory. As far as I'm aware, they're no longer 24hrs, they close at 12am, but that might be for the better. The last time I ordered inside I was promptly greeted and had my order taken by a staff member and recieved it almost immediately - a nice change from their inside service previously, though I only ordered an iced capp. Drive thru is pretty quick, if it's taking a while it's probably the ppl before you ordering lots. Haven't been out of anything the last 12 times I've gone, and my order is always correct - I like to do a lot of modifications, so that's pretty impressive tbh. If they're out of eggs, now they can make them in 5 mins if you're willing to wait. Read moreThe absolute worst. This is not my first bad experience at this Time Hortons, the lack of customer service and disorganization goes above and beyond. With mobile ordering being encouraged I took it upon myself to place an order for my girls and I, it came to $13.98 and I paid withy Tim Card with an order confirmation sent to my email and my order was to be ready for pick up in 20min. Upon arriving 20 mins later to pick up my order I entered a restaurant of chaos. With three kids in tow I waited almost 15 mins before even being acknowledged by a staff member at which point I told her I was picking up my mobile order. She couldn't find the order and ran around trying to see if anyone had any answers only to return and tell me I had to pay for the order again as they couldn't see it.
