Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

I went through the drive through to order and the person I was talking to was just so rude. I don’t normally like to write reviews with a low star because I don’t wanna effect the rating of the business negatively but I hope the management can talk to their staffs and ask them to be nice at least, they’re working as costumer services. A little politeness would be much appreciated. I was ordering nicely with good manners, using ; thank you and please so I don’t understand why the person who took my order was just cutting me off mid sentence of saying my order, it’s not like I was taking my sweet time to order (I went there and knew what I wanted to order) plus it’s not even busy. I was the only one in the drive through, I’d understand if it was busy and they’re rushing but no. When I asked for some ketchup after they handed me my order, the person didn’t even recognize that I was talking that’s why I wasn’t sure if she heard me or not so I said “hi sorry excuse me” but she turned around and just handed me the ketchup so rudely that she just slammed the ketchups in my hand and rolled her eyes and not even saying any word at all just closed the...

Giving this Tim Hortons a one star review because I felt mistreated based on my wardrobe choice. To begin I ordered a drink and waited for it, while I was waiting I was watching the Tim Hortons Double Life segment. I watched two segments before I looked over to see if my drink was done. I was within arms reach of the counter. And no one called me over or said my drink order. The man who took my order also made it. I thought this was extremely odd that he didn't call me over, especially since it wasn't busy.. Brushing it off I used the washroom and there was no toilet paper. I tried to tell a female employee. She was behind the counter, I waited until she wasn't doing a task. It was annoying because I had to wave and loudly say hello twice before she acknowledged me. And when she looked at me she had the biggest eyes of shock or disapproval. I told her about the washroom maintenance needed and she just said "okay", there was no "sorry for the inconvenience" or a "thank you for letting me know" from her. I have given Tim Hortons my last dime and my last visit for good. Ordered a Chicken wrap and diet coke, went to the side to wait. The people taking the orders and making the food do a crappy job of making sure the right people are getting the right food so it's basically a free for all. After handing another customer my wrap and letting him manhandle it for a good 5 minutes, I asked where mine was and was talked down to like I had no right where my food was when people who came after us were getting theirs. When they figured out they handed it to the wrong guy, they expected me to eat it. I'm not eating a cold wrap that was handled by another customer and I shouldn't have to explain why. Asking for another one was not an option as there was a huge line and the staff was ignoring any attempt I made to talk to them.
