Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

Every time we go through we stop and see if it’ll be better than the last time. Always somebody new working and they more often than not try to tell me they don’t have French vanilla cappuccinos when it’s because they can’t find it. Today was just ridiculous, at least 10 cars went through the drive thru in the time it took to put my order in inside. She kept getting distract or couldn’t find it on the computer which is whatever but I repeated myself like 30 times per item. Another employee comes to start taking other orders instead of helping the one that’s clearly struggling. Then start getting my order and have to ask for all the things again because it wasn’t being given to us. When I get frustrated I’m somehow the bad guy. She was just standing there and we’re missing our donuts and other baked items that she should have gotten. Our hot food from the back was out and ready and I had to ask them to get our other stuff. The quality of the coffee is all over the place. Sometimes it's hot, most times it's warm and sometimes it tastes burnt and I have to throw it out. The employees are always in such a hurry, they give you your food with rarely a smile, sometimes don't even look at you. It's obvious that speed is the focus, but not friendliness or quality. However, I thoroughly enjoy receiving service from the young guy that works there, Jaxon. He makes the visit very pleasant and friendly conversation with a very friendly smile. I wish he was there more often. I gave you a 1 star because of coffee quality and overall service, but to reflect this kid's service, I changed it to a 5. Do better...

I get a coffee here once a weekend since they opened because it's the "half way" mark on a weekly commute. The coffee is consistently watered down tasting and there's usually non English speaking pop music blaring in the store at a loud volume.
