Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

Visited this Tim Hortons and the service was a complete wash and extremely slow in the Drive through and in the store. People are always lined up and it moves slower than a tortues. Workers running around in the back like they are lost and not even taking notice of the line ups in the store and for the drive through. Why is there so little staff on shift. 20 people in line inside and one customer support person taking orders. 25 to 30 vehicles in the drive through blocking lanes to other businesses. They need traffic control wrapping around the parking lot and the restaurant instead of being on the main road, causing a possible accident, The owners and managers need to wake up and take notice on how busy this place gets, of they need to open another place in D'Arcy by the Safeway where it is on the way...

Went in there this morning through drive through ordered the usual steeped tea. Get over by the dogs stadium open it up and find out it’s a coffee. Went back frustrated and asked for a tea. I can honestly say that the way Irene reacted to the situation left me feeling like I can’t support this place anymore. Tim hortons should hand a free coffee when something like this occurs. Do something better get the accuracy 100%. You can tell with managers like Irene nothing will ever get better around that place. She is probably one of the worst people to have in a leadership position. Kinda glad I’ve made the decision I will never be in this restaurant again. Tim hortons in this town Sucks. My husband and I often go to Tim Hortons at least 3 times a week. We moved to okotoks 2 month ago, and for some reason, they can't ever make our drinks right. This morning, we went to the drive-through, and he asked for his usual drink and asked for "less ice," so they gave him the drink missing almost a quarter of it. And when he mension it, they said to him, "You asked for less ice", yes, but the thing is, he did not ask for less drink, only less ice. The attitude at this time hortons is terrible, and they aren't trained to do their job at all. I think out of the last dozen times, they've gotten it right maybe 3 times...not sure if this is lack of management or bad hiring, but either way, this is one of thr worst tim hortons we've...
