Went through the drive through, my wife was in our van infront of me and she paid for my order and got herself a large ice coffee was $18ish seems about right I guess. Anyway get to the window and nothing was said and wasn't told what the bill was just the machine held out the window, so I have my card out ready and they end up making pay for the people behind me. didn't think twice about it as nothing was said when I got to the window I guess my first and last hint that something wasn't right was the complete confusion as they tried to give me the next persons order and I had to say twice no all I got was a large ice cap, small frozen lemonade and a wrap. So my bill paid for by my wife turns into an additional $16ish bill for the folks behind me. I don't mind doing a small act of kindness so I hope it made their day and put a smile on their faces. But the staff really need to pay attention and make sure they are organized I know it was a bit of a busy moment with almost or at least a dozen cars in the drive through but I would rather wait an extra minute or even 5 then have stressed out employees making mistakes. Speed and efficiency are wonderful until people make mistakes slow down do it right and the reduction in costly mistakes will out weight the slightly reduced efficiency... So really it makes it more efficient and cost effective. Also customers/people need to be more patient we don't live long enough to always be in a rush over...
Read moreAbsolute pandemonium at this Tim hortons location. It was located in the Bearspaw travel center. Line up was massive, but we had been on the road for a while so we welcomed the chance to stretch our legs for a bit. The line hardly moved. As we rounded the corner and were finally able to see the front counter it was clear that the staff heavily focused on the drive through line, treating the many, many customers that had come inside as an after thought. Staff would take orders then kinda shuffle around behind the counter with no organization or plan to actually fulfill the order. There were equal amount of staff working the one drive through line/process as there were trying to service two tils. It was like watching a train wreck. Even though the location was horribly under staffed for the sheer volume that was going through at the time of my visit, it was the disarray and poor execution/utilization of resources which prompted me to review. That and the QR code a the front counter that asked for me to review. Food quality was average at best. Parking was awful, ladies bathroom line stretched outside the building, and never went away the duration...
Read moreBad vibes! So our family just came from Nordic Spa to relax. We were having a great and relaxed day. On our way home to Calgary, we decided to get something to drink in the Drive-Thru. The Lady getting our order on May 25th at 12:55pm was so impatient and rude, didnât even let my sister finish what she was ordering. She kept telling âwe donât have decaf earl grey, we donât have decaf London Fog, we donât have decaf green teaâ in a very impatient and rude way. She wonât let you but in to change your order when she was talking. Very rude and impatient. If she decides to work in customer service, at least be nice! She just ruined our familyâs âgreat dayâ! If sheâs having a rough day, donât bring it at work and do not ever release your steam to your customers. You are spreading bad vibes to everyone!
Apparently, when I asked the guy who handed our order. He said that it was the restaurant manager that I was talking to over the drive thru.
Whoever the owner of this Tims location, please do something about your employeeâs manners. More so she is the manager, not a good role model to her...
