If I could give a zero star, I would. Food and drink absolutely an edible or drink a bowl went in the trash. Had a habanero chicken wrap, so bland and just gross there was a strange taste to it and half the size of any other Tim Hortons I’ve been to. My brother got a turkey club took one bite and it went in the garbage. I ordered a steep tea, tasted like all I was drinking with hot water. And service absolutely terrible. Never been to a Tim Hortons so slow barely anybody in there to serve nobody in front of me, or my brother stood there for about 10 minutes before they even acknowledged we were there to take the order and then took another 20 minutes just to get what we ordered. Didn’t taste any of it until we were on the road or would’ve asked for our money back. Went in and not the drive-through because I needed to use the washroom, but was unable to use the washroom because it was disgusting. Watched one of the guys make an ice cap for someone who came through the drive-through and then not clean the machine till after 20 minutes of standing there everything was dried onto it and then someone else came through the drive-through and ordered an ice cap while he dipped the machine in the disinfectant, and then directly put that into the ice cap. So I’m guessing that the disinfectant loosened the dried on crud and then also still had whatever they disinfected is all over it and then put into the ice cap. That sounds so delicious to drink. Do not stop here. Avoid at all cost. I would suggest going anywhere else...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a Veggie Habanero, but they gave me chicken instead. I didn’t notice at first until I started eating — and as soon as I realized it was chicken, I went back to the counter.
At first, no one came to help, then one guy showed up and went back again after I explained. Later, he returned with another staff member, and after some discussion, the same guy — Faizal — came back and refused to accept the mistake. He even accused me of ordering the wrong item and smirked while I was explaining that I accidentally ate meat despite being vegetarian.
Faizal’s behaviour was extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and arrogant. He had no sense of customer service or empathy. Instead of trying to fix the situation, he acted defensive and dismissive. When I took his picture for record, he became even more aggressive and walked away.
I’ve been to many Tim Hortons across Canada, but I have never faced this kind of treatment or attitude. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. No one from the store management even came to talk or apologize.
I will never visit this Tim Hortons again, and I hope management takes this seriously — because employees like Faizal damage the brand’s reputation and drive loyal...

It is almost certain for me to have bad experiences every time I happen to drive by Fox Creek and stop by this one for a drink/food. Always convincing myself that maybe I was just unlucky on these visits…The waiting time here is normal forever, service quality is below the par compared to other Tims. Today is another nightmare experience for me again. Ordered on my mobile, got the order # 9475, placed at 18:28, Oct 16th. Waited inside the restaurant till 18:38, no call, walked up to the server and asked about the order. He said there is no order # 9475. I showed him my order on phone, confirmed with him that the address was correct and the email receipt for the payment. The server keeps telling me no order in their system…make no sense…simply feeling like they are just robbing me…did not want to argue with him as i believe he did not care about my problem anyway…decide to walk away without getting my order…telling myself i just donate the money for them then…terrible place to visit…won’t come back here as it will just...
