Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Alberta

Went there for lunch with my partner. We understand it was busy and in retail you can get overwhelmed. We lined up and one of the ladies tried to ease the line by opening the other till which only did cash. We went to the debit one and waited. A lady walked away from us once but we continued to stay. The same lady that walked away came back to finally get our order but the one that opened the other till pushed her out of the way. " I need to finish my transaction. Sorry. "

And she let a guy with Debit go infront when we were there long before him and were just about to order. Customer service needs alot of work and we just ended up leaving and going to Subway. Shout out to Subway for the great service after the whole Tim...

Only place open late. CLOSES At 11pm. But you can’t get ANY food at 10:30. I had a horse trailer on they had the doors locked and menus shut off. Had to walk in the freezing cold to the drive through only to be told they have nothing to serve you except sugar. Good thing I’m not diabetic. What’s the point in staying open. I even asked them if I could buy the old food or microwave something. It’s weird how un sympathetic every “non speaking English” person is when it comes to that...

This Tim's in High Prairie jas the greatest atmosphere of any Ive ever been to. And thats across the country. The employees joke and laugh and play little pranks on each other and play uplifting music. This Tim's is not just efficient, but full of love and laughter. You feel better after you leave and not just because your tummy is filled. I think this place is a huge part of the wonderful energy to be found...
