In hind sight I maybe should of read the body language of the staff and left without ordering. Went in about 730 to 8 pm tonight for donuts and drink to go. Saw the donut case empty and ask if they had any donuts, staff member walked passed us and in the back for a minute than came out around the corner and said to us " you want something" ask if they had any donuts. She pulled a cart out from around the corner and said this is what we got. We than went to the register and ordered 2 donuts and 2 caramel ice caps. She began assembling the drinks and while putting the lid on the second drink the cup split cream scattered everywhere and to compound the mess as she took the cup to the garbage she literally poured what was left in the cup on the floor. I anticipated that she would do a quick clean up of the counter at least and maybe clean the spatter off the other cup or put it in a clean cup but no a new cup set in the cream to be filled and made a caramel iced cap with only the caramel on top and handed us the cream covered cups. We left feeling like we had really inconvenienced this staff member and likely won't make a habit of doing that often. Safe bet that the drive through will make you late for wherever you're going. ALWAYS check your order before you leave with your food, because there's a 90% chance there's either stuff missing and/or the order is wrong. Don't try to ask for anything out of the ordinary, it's not worth it. Example; the other day I asked for a wrap with LIGHT sauce, because normally they drown the wraps in so much sauce its inedible. It took probably 8 minutes through the drive through window to explain that I just wanted less sauce, the woman on the other end just could not understand what I was asking. I ended up having to go inside afterwards anyway because not only was the wrap drowned in sauce, but it wasn't even wrapped! Whoever folded the wrap barely even got the contents inside the tortilla before stuffing it in the paper. It was pretty much inedible without a bowl and a fork
