Don't expect to get the right order.
I order the same thing every time I go. Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl with Grilled Chicken. Today, I ordered that, they repeat it back to me (but never put it on the screen). First bowl: They gave me a Habanero Spicy Breaded Chicken I sent it back. I'm Gluten intolerant and my colitis cannot handle spice. I said I ordered the Cilantro Lime with Grilled. Second Bowl: Habanero Spicy Grilled Chicken. I sent it back, I cannot stomach spice. I said it had to be Cilantro like I've been asking. Third Bowl: Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken.
This happens at least twice a week. Not only to me, but my partner and my coworkers. I even asked for my receipt and they gave me the one from the person in front of me.
When they mess up the orders they just look appalled you are sending it back and almost seem mad that you are requesting what you actually ordered.
Oh, and if you go in, make sure you have an extra 30 MIN to wait for even a coffee and...

Although the new access procedure for the 2 washrooms are impressively touchless doors, there is a flaw when unfamiliar guests or those in a hurry enter. FEWER PEOPLE READ SMALL SIGNAGE THAN THEY SHOULD. They need to wave over the INSIDE sensor to ensure the door is locked (which changes the colour of the outside sensor to RED, indicating the room is occupied). I waved an outside Green sensor to enter, only to see an unfortunate guest using the facilities.... Although I immediately looked away, the door closes "slowly & carefully" (ideal for physically challenged guests) it was embarrassing for both of us. Read moreFound a hair in my bacon egg bagel this morning. It was baked right into the egg. Also, the lady at the window cares more about her speed of service time than customer service. I had stopped in the drive thru before the window, no one was behind me, to dig out my card. She leaned out the window to 'urge' me to the window. At the window machine in my window she had the machine in there telling me it's ready for me to pay. She repeated it a couple times before I asked for time to look for my card. I tapped then turned to put away my card and she had my food in my window saying here's your order, here's your order, here's your order. There was no one behind me!
