The gelato is ok, but not as good as it used to be. Quality decreased.

As for the service, it was really bad, the girl that served us could not concentrate well and kept on making mistakes even though we were really patient with her. She started to get arrogant with us but we couldn't understand why? She was the one making mistakes and yet she was the one getting angry at us, throwing stuff in the trash loudly and sighing loudly... At the end, she literally broke a cone with the ice cream and started to try to put it back with her bare hands, everything was falling apart and ice cream was falling on the counter. She tried to sell it to us but we refused - for obvious reasons, it was not sanitary.

Some questionable sanitary practices over there and no shame to show attitude for no apparent reason to clients. I visit a lot of gelaterias during the summer in the country, and this was probably one of the worst ever customer service I had in a very long time.

Train you staff better and hire people who actually want to work...
