During a recent trip to Squamish, we decided to explore the area and got on a gondola and stumbled upon a hidden gem - the Co-Pilot Cafe.

We ordered the beef pastry with gravy and the chili, both of which were exceptional in flavor and comfort. The beef pastry was tender and savory, perfectly complemented by the rich, hearty gravy. The chili, on the other hand, was a delightful mix of spices and textures, warming us up instantly on a cool day.

Co-Pilot Cafe is conveniently located at the top of the Sea to Sky Gondola, offering beautiful views and a decent variety of snacks and drinks.
