As long-time Tim Hortons customers raising the next generation of Tim Hortons enthusiasts, it’s disheartening to see the decline in quality and service at this location. Since moving from Sardis to Rosedale, our once-strong connection to the brand has diminished with each visit.

The staff here often appear disengaged and unwelcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels less like a community hub and more like an inconvenience to them. Drive-thru interactions lack warmth or friendliness—there’s no greeting, just a payment machine handed over, followed by your order and, sadly, a sense of being rushed away.

The quality of the food has also been disappointing. Breakfast wraps often arrive torn, with incorrect proteins or poorly assembled. Additionally, staff frequently hand over cups with their hands placed on the top of the lid—right where your lips go—an oversight that is both unhygienic and unprofessional.

Even our children, who have grown up enjoying Tim Hortons, have noticed the difference. At just ten years old, they’ve commented on the lack of friendliness and have even requested we visit the Starbucks on the other side of the roundabout instead. At Starbucks, the staff are consistently kind, the food is prepared correctly, and the overall experience is positive.

I would rather my order take a few extra minutes and be served with the warm Canadian hospitality this brand was built on. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way—Tim Hortons has long been a symbol of community and kindness, and it’s disheartening to see that slipping away.

In today’s high-pressure world, it’s understandable that the fast-paced environment can be challenging, but customer experience should remain a priority. Every interaction leaves an impression, not only on the customer of today but also on the future generation of potential loyal patrons.

I hope this feedback is seen as an opportunity to reflect and improve. Tim Hortons has been a cornerstone of Canadian culture, and it’s my hope that this location can return to embodying...

Alright so my children wanted Tim Hortons before we hit the highway for my oldest sons soccer tournament. I figured I could just run in quick get the kids breakfast and momma needs her coffee. When I walked into the lobby there was four people ahead of me so ran over to the esso that’s attached to the rosedale tims and got my son Gatorade... when I returned to tims the line had not moved. I couldn’t help but notice how the manager who’s name looked like “sharice” was standing around talking to customers who have already been helped. Now it’s been 15 minutes and I’m finally at the counter and I’m told they are out of breakfast🤬 Now im just confused... if this manager has time to stand around for so long and do jacksh*t then why am I being told there is no breakfast!! The display of baked goods in nearly empty and this so called manager is sitting around neglecting her team... it’s now been 25 minutes and the line behind me is to the door. I ended up just ordering a coffee which I waited another 5 minutes for. So to recap I wasted 30 minutes standing at Tim Hortons for a burnt double double. Her staff was complaining she wasn’t helping enough. If this was my store I’d be looking for someone better fit to represent my...

I was really craving slow cooked chicken and I ordered my slow cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap to which they told me they could do but then pulled up to pay and they told me they don’t have slow cooked, this has happened multiple times here and other locations. Popkum Tim’s also has very rude brunt workers that make me go Rawrrr. And I’m righting this as I sit here for my food which has taken at least a 10 minutes and still not getting my chicken and the hash browns are either soggy or hard as a rock all in all not impressed:(. November 12/2023 went through the drive through and asked for two bagel belts one on a plain bagel with no tomato with sausage and bacon and another on a everything bagel with sausage and bacon. I opened them up to see no bacon on both and on the normal one no tomato or lettuce very very disappointed went back and told them to re make them. Was there the other day and got the same plain belt and they forgot bacon. They r also very snappy and rude the lady in the drive through was the rudest ever .This is the worst Tim’s ever and won’t...

Every Tim’s is different, this Tim’s is no exception From an exceptional manager to the newest employee, rating 5 isn’t high enough. Tim’s is notorious for staff turnover, as get meet a friendly face, they often move on after 6 months or so - kudos to Tim’s for hiring youth. For me, as an acknowledger, on the path of Truth and Reconciliation, in solidarity. Asked the manager to put up the Indigenous Canada Flag as they prepared for Canada Day July 1 It proudly is posted, visibly to “guest” awaiting in line. If that was enough, lol I asked if two decals, imo the 2 flags of Canada be put on entrance, both sides of doorway. Kudos and respect as was allowed. Corporate may say no approval, they should rethink as what better way to show Canada Flags (which ever you choose) Canada means (village) Community - this Tim’s is a part of our shared community 🫶

Totally worth less experience. Most unprofessional staff. 1. Paid20 in cash for $14 purchase and got only Looney back. When asked for my balance the response was"Sorry my till is closed." Waited more than 5 minutes just for the balance. 2. Then Ice cappuccino we ordered were given to other drive thru customers which according to them is given "by mistake" 3. Finally got my order and guess what!!! Leaky glass (photos attached)

Soooo.... There have been several experiences to do with the Tim Hortons here but this one seems to be the most extreme. I think someone was asleep when they made this doughnut. If you notice, this is supposed to be a Boston creme doughnut... this is an apple pie filled Boston...creme? Yah I have no other words. They seriously let themselves go. Sorry guys, but this isn't even a doughnut.
